Today is the debut of Saturdays at Canyon Plaza South - an "outdoor shopping extravaganza and farmer's market" in Cathedral City behind McDonald's. Vendors will showcase art, antiques, clothing, crafts, jewelry and more. It runs from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Saturday in May and June, on July 5, Aug. 30 and Sept. 27 and then again every Saturday starting in October and through December.
